The holidays are approaching and I reflect on how grateful I am for each of you. It would appear I will have a bit more room in my calendar come January to start opening dates... stay tuned!
Now, for a public service announcement: I strive to ensure all my clients are on recurring schedules for simplicity and convenience. I appreciate the mutual understanding we share when we have to cancel when we are sick (seriously - cancel, I had to last week when I had the sniffles)... but multiple cancellations and rescheduling is becoming a bear to manage (remember - this is my second job and I'm also in the middle of getting my MBA).
I love my recurring clients and I'm grateful I get to keep you on your introductory rate you sealed in when you found me. I also completely understand the need to cancel/reschedule periodically. However, with a wait list more than 70 people long, I need to be respectful to all of those wonderful people. I need to take a stand with recurring cancellations/no shows and requests to reschedule. If there is a trend, you will be removed from my recurring schedule, along with the guarantee of that low introductory rate. I have others that are waiting patiently for that recurring slot you have.
Please take a moment to confirm your appointments when they are sent and take a look at your calendar. Monthly clients will fall on the weekday requested prior to the day of the month they are billed (pending no holiday or biweekly client conflict), and biweekly clients will fall on the same day, biweekly.
Your help here is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
