We are reminded often that trust is built one interaction at a time. That is why professionalism, empathy, and accountability remain so important in the work we do. Veterans deserve an environment where they feel respected and supported, and that is a standard worth protecting every day.

Spring is a good time to refocus on routines that support your health, energy, and overall well-being.

Meaningful service is not always loud. Often, it shows up in consistency, compassion, and a willingness to do the right thing even when no one is watching. Those qualities matter in every setting, and they are especially important in caring for Veterans and supporting one another as a team.

The women who serve in health care, public service, the military, and our communities continue to shape the future through leadership, compassion, and resilience. Even beyond March, their impact deserves recognition. We are proud to work alongside women whose service strengthens our system and benefits Veterans every day.

Teamwork matters in health care. When communication is clear, Veterans and families can feel more informed and supported.
