NAMI Northern Nevada is hiring for a Full Time Forensic Peer Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will hold a PRSS certification with the State of Nevada and have a background in program development and be able to pass a background check allowing them access to work with WCSO, Reno PD, and Sparks PD, youth treatment centers, and juvenile centers.

Start date: Monday February 2, 2026 (flexible)
Base salary: $47,803.00

All roles here at NAMI are hybrid and offer a variety of employment benefits to Full Time employees.

We are a small (4 FTE) team with passion and drive to make an impact in the lives of our community members of Washoe County. NAMI Northern Nevada provides 15 support groups a week, and serves over 5,000 people per year through programming and outreach efforts.

NAMI Northern Nevada is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Treasurer to join our Board of Directors! This volunteer leadership role is a vital part of strengthening our organization and supporting mental health advocacy across our community.

🔹 What you’ll do:
Help create and finalize the organization’s annual budget
Work closely with the Executive Director, Executive Committee, and bookkeeper (as needed)
Support financial oversight and long-term sustainability.

🔹 Ideal candidates bring:

Background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and collaborative skills
Grant knowledge is a plus

🔹 Time commitment:
Approximately 5–10 hours per month
This is a meaningful opportunity to use your financial expertise to make a real impact for individuals and families affected by mental illness in Northern Nevada.
