20 Hours Per Week | Reno, NV

Are you a new stylist ready to grow fast in a supportive, high-end salon environment?
Join our 90-Day Intensive Assistant Program at The Craft Collective.

What You’ll Learn:
• Color application & theory
• Extensions + hair replacement exposure
• Luxury client experience skills
• Behind-the-chair systems
• Real-world salon pace & confidence building

Position Details:
• Part-Time: 20 hrs/week
• Paid Training: $15/hr
• 90-Day intensive → transition into Part-Time or Full-Time Stylist
• Growth path: Commission or Booth Rent (depending on readiness)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Newly licensed or newer stylists
• Coachable, motivated, reliable
• Passionate about color, extensions, and education
• Ready to grow a steady business in a welcoming salon environment.
