We are committed to providing a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach for each individual’s pain complaints to ensure you receive the most appropriate care. Every individual is evaluated for the root cause of their pain – not just a “quick fix” approach to only provide symptomatic relief. We employ a methodical and physical medicine oriented approach that includes analysis of biomechanics, joint motion, as well as skeletal, nerve and muscle tissues. Only the latest diagnostic tools and technologies are used by the professionals at Nevada Advanced Pain Specialists. We will make accurate assessments and specialize in the following: EMG/Nerve testing and diagnostic pain injections. Our team of highly trained experts will spend time asking questions and listening to you. We understand that your personal experiences with your pain represent some of the most important data available to us for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Once an accurate diagnosis is reached, we will employ various treatments, physical therapy, medication management, and appropriate interventional techniques to treat your pain. When pain is treated properly, the net result is a more active lifestyle, which will lead to a healthier, happier you!

🍲 Slow-Cooked Comfort!
Busy day? Let your crockpot do the work! This creamy chicken and veggie recipe is packed with flavor, easy to make, and perfect for cozy dinners. Just set it, forget it, and enjoy a warm, healthy meal waiting for you. 😋

Crockpot Creamy Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
1 cup frozen peas (added at the end)

Instructions:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic on top.
Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot.
Stir in heavy cream. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in.
Add frozen peas and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Serve over rice, pasta, or enjoy as is!

Tip: Pair it with rice, pasta, or enjoy on its own for a filling, comforting dish!
