I get to play today 😁
I will be doing a Uro (Anahata) Basti this afternoon. The process of creating this session is slow and carefully prepared.
This will be located on the Heart Chakra ( on top of the sternum). I am using milk, ghee and specific herbs and spices to create the medicated oil that will be basted 3 times.
This particular Basti is for both physical and emotional conditions, ranging fron heart palpitations, angina, congestive heart failure, grief, inability to accept love, bitterness of the past, and the fear if being hurt. There are many other reasons to receive this treatment. Women experiencing the change in life, can greatly benefit from this treatment to reduce heat in the body from hot flashes. Ghee and Rose are cooling to the body and can ease those symptoms.
