Northern Nevada HOPES Welcome to Northern Nevada HOPES! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center in Reno, NV, with locations at 580 West 5th St. and 1905 East 4th St.

in downtown Reno and the Corridor of Hope. Your health and wellness are our priority. Northern Nevada HOPES is dedicated to building a healthier community by providing coordinated care and support for individual and family wellness. Our community health center combines primary care, medical specialties, behavioral health and prevention with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to high-quality care.

May this Ramadan bring peace, reflection, and renewed hope to all.

Ramadan began at sundown on February 17, with the first day of fasting on Wednesday, February 18, following the crescent moon sighting in Saudi Arabia.

This sacred month, lasting 29 to 30 days is a time of fasting from dawn to sunset, prayer, charity, and deep spiritual reflection for nearly 2 billion Muslims worldwide.

Due to the weather, HOPES will be on a two hour delayed start and will open at 10 am on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Some appointments will be moved to telehealth when possible and those patients will be contacted by HOPES directly in the morning.

If you are a patient with a scheduled appointment between 8am-10am HOPES will contact you directly to reschedule.

HOPES is grateful to Anthem for a generous $35,000 donation supporting our new Psychiatric Residency Program.

As mental health needs continue to rise across Northern Nevada, this program brings additional clinical expertise directly into our primary care setting.

In partnership with the University of Nevada School of Medicine, psychiatric residents train alongside our providers for a full year - helping HOPES serve more patients with timely, compassionate behavioral health care.

Anthem’s investment strengthens this critical program and advances our commitment to accessible mental health services for our community.
