A FREE, all-ages, all-are-welcome community event made to kick off the New Year with togetherness & unity!

Join us Monday, January 26, 2026 from 5:00–8:00 PM at Roller Kingdom in Reno, where we have reserved the rink for this private party filled with music from our surprise live DJ, movement, memories, fun, food, and unity!

This year’s theme is Music Era, so lace up and roll out in your best inspired look. 🎶 Channel your favorite artist, band, or decade. Costumes are encouraged. 💓 Cash prizes and SoulSpa gift certificates are up for grabs for the best Music Era Ensembles including:

• King on Wheels (Elvis)
• 70s Disco Fever
• 80s Hair Band Rockstar & Iconic Glam
• 90s Old School Hip Hop Royalty

In many cultures, elephant medicine is believed to help us release stored emotional weight, reconnect with our roots, and move forward with patience, protection, and quiet resilience.

🐘 Elephants also remind us of the importance of community and collective care. They move together, grieve together, and protect one another, modeling the kind of compassionate connection that supports true healing. Their energy is steady and calming, helping to regulate the nervous system and invite a sense of safety, trust, and inner balance.

Lauren is back at SoulSpa this January with a beautiful January Alignment Workshop Series 🤍 this is a gentle, grounding way to begin the new year. 🌱

Lauren is a trauma-informed mentor and biologically lineaged medicine woman. Raised in ritual and trained in science as a paramedic and nervous-system educator, she has spent her life bridging ancient ceremony with modern neuroscience. Her work supports people in finding safety in their bodies, clarity in their path, and a deep sense of belonging within their own system.

January Alignment is not a resolution reset or a deep emotional dive.
It’s a paced, supportive series designed to help you orient after a long year and step into what’s next with intention without pressure, overwhelm, or forced clarity.

This three-session guided series uses the Align workbook and focuses on reflection, nervous-system support, and gentle structure so you can feel grounded, resourced, and steady as the year begins.
