“I recently had the honor of receiving a 90-minute Sports & Recovery Massage with Nattie, and it was exactly what my body needed. I’m deep into training for a marathon while continuing to lift weights, so the wear and tear on my 41-year-old body is very real. This specialty massage is delivered with more authority and intention, making it a great match for physically active people or anyone looking for a more invigorating, results-driven session.

The treatment allowed her to focus on specific problem areas. I added CBD cream to provide additional anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving benefits for both my knee and bicep, which have been bothering me. The massage included facilitated stretching, compression, friction, and other sports massage techniques to support recovery and targeted relief. I especially loved how capable she was at finding my tension and gently yet effectively working through the buildup.

I left feeling invigorated, deeply relaxed, and refreshed. Her neck work was exceptional. She hit just the right spots without causing the sharp pain I sometimes experience during head and neck massages. Bonus points for the little back scratch at the end. I would highly recommend Nattie to my friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to my next massage with her.”

A FREE, all-ages, all-are-welcome community event made to kick off the New Year with togetherness & unity!

Join us Monday, January 26, 2026 from 5:00–8:00 PM at Roller Kingdom in Reno, where we have reserved the rink for this private party filled with music from our surprise live DJ, movement, memories, fun, food, and unity!

This year’s theme is Music Era, so lace up and roll out in your best inspired look. 🎶 Channel your favorite artist, band, or decade. Costumes are encouraged. 💓 Cash prizes and SoulSpa gift certificates are up for grabs for the best Music Era Ensembles including:
