Depressed around the holidays? Try thanking God for about 10 minutes and it will all go away. Thanksgiving & Praise. You have nothing to thank him for because you think you did everything for yourself? Well thank Him for the sunny day. Thank him for the precipitation to replenish our water, thank GOD that your children weren't in that shooting, thank Him for another day of life. Thank God your car YOU supposedly bought with money from YOUR job YOU supposedly got on your own actually started this morning. THANK HIM FOR JESUS! Thank Him for the wonderful things you KNOW you have no control over and could have never done for yourself.

HURT is a negative emotion from satan that MUST be resolved with love and forgiveness! PRACTICE IT!! Feelings of HURT will ROB you of your quality of life. HURT ruins families and prevents restoration. HURT will take you away from the will of God. HURT people have distorted views and can't move forward. Unresolved hurt will paralyze you year after year after year because people simply don't know how to resolve it. Unresolved HURT leads to anger turned inward and then eventually depression. HURT will cause you to lose initiative and feel sorry for yourself. HURT people feel inferior or insecure and just stop CARING. HURT people come off as being mean but they're HURT. A foundation built on HURT is a shaky foundation. A household ran by HURT emotions is not a stable household (kids suffer). HURT people make THE MOST STUPID decisions I've ever seen in life (I know from experience and observation). Hurt people are under stress and it can lead to physical illness. Hurt people who chose not to resolve their HURT feelings are self centered/selfish!!! Hurt people are extremely difficult to be around. HURT people feel powerless as if they can't change. UNRESOLVED HURT IS OF THE DEVIL!!!! YOU HAVE AUTHORITY OVER YOUR FEELINGS!! YOU CAN TELL YOURSELF HOW TO FEEL!!! Step BACK into the circle of LOVE and keep loving and loving and loving and it will separate from the hurt......eventually. Learn to get to the place where no one can ever hurt you again. We must dismiss what people have done to us because just think about how you've hurt others as well? It's hard but it's possible!!
