Heidi has been with Urology Nevada for 3 years and counting, serving as one of the friendly faces at our front desk. This was her first role in the medical field, and she quickly discovered how rewarding the work can be, truly living out the saying, “Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.”

Heidi loves working alongside her front desk teammates and values the unique opportunity the front desk provides to connect with every department and our patients each day.

Born and raised in Reno, NV, Heidi comes from a proud Guatemalan and Tongan background. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and traveling whenever she can.

In this role, you’ll manage appointment scheduling, assist patients with diagnostic testing coordination, ensure accurate insurance and patient information, and work closely with our clinical and authorization teams to keep everything running seamlessly. Your work helps set the tone for every patient visit.

Position details:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
