We are Reno’s cutting edge counseling service providing a wide range of psychological and medication management services to our patients in a beautiful, relaxing, and non-judgmental environment. Our team of highly trained and professional therapists specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family struggles, pre-marital counseling, coping skills, LGBTQ+ and much more.

It is our firm belief that the mind and body are inextricably connected. Using that concept as our foundation for healing, we approach each individual by assessing physical health and its impact on the functioning of the mind. Our goal is to help clients to feel empowered utilizing integrative, cutting edge healing methods including psychedelic assisted psychotherapy once M**A is re-scheduled by the FDA in 2024.

Job Summary

Our providers are supported by an office staff responsible for the day to day functioning of the business allowing our providers to focus on their patients' well-being. We are looking for therapists LCSW, LMFT, LCPC or Clinical Psychologists with a wide range of skills, diversity and experience to join our growing group practice.

Compensation

Employees - Paid on a set fee per patient appointment.
Requirements

Currently licensed in Nevada as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC or Clinical Psychologist.
Availability to have 28-32 open appointments a week, days and hours of operation are flexible.
Experience working in outpatient mental health.
Self-drive for success as and individual therapist.
Available to work in Reno, NV office location.
Additional Highly Sought After Skills

Experience and desire to provide couples counseling and/or child/adolescent counseling.
Experience/skill in many different treatment modalities (integrative approach).
Experience with Electronic Health Records systems, Kareo preferred.
