Good start for 2014. Had 7 MatFits with 3 new MatFits tonight's session. Started a new work out program with the old program that hit stability, cardio, strength and a bit of power in the fitness world. Thanks MatFits.

Hello mat fits it is almost time to start up again. I know it's been a while but I was away to learn from the best and on a professional level. Soon when the cold weather subside I will start the ckt training again with new training equipments new programs to come. So keep an eye on for my text.

Hello everyone since the weathers been good at night. I will be starting up the night classes again if I get enough response for them. The schedule will be as follows. Mon Wed are coed classes class time will be determined. Tues thurs will be the all women's class. Class time will always going to be at 7pm unless otherwise.
