Our executive director and founder Sarah Wilkinson was granted the opportunity to speak at the Reno Fortis Construction Inclusion in Construction week!

Our conversation centered around something close to our heart — creating workplaces and communities that truly support families of children with disabilities. Inclusion isn’t just about diversity in hiring — it’s about compassion in culture, understanding in leadership, and accessibility in action.
