Seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our high-touch, concierge direct primary care practice.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide spectrum of office/clinical duties as well as technology.

We are essentially a paperless office, so expect to utilize a variety of software applications.

We are looking for a full-time medical assistant with skills in the following areas;

● Phlebotomy

● Medication management

● Rooming and vitals

● Customer service

● Appointment scheduling

● Prior authorizations

● Injections

● Procedure assistant (minor derm)

● EMR/EHR

● POCT (point of care testing)

To be certified as a pharmacy dispensing technician, the candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must have no felony or misdemeanor convictions on charges related to drugs and must have no history of drug abuse.

Starting wage depends on experience with regular performance bonuses.

Cash-Pay for Simplified, Quality

All our services are offered at Preferred Family Medicine on a cash-pay/self-pay basis. We do not bill insurance. In line with our direct care model, eliminating the middleman allows us to keep our pricing reasonable and focus on getting our patients faster answers while maintaining the high quality of care you've come to expect from us.

This is perfect for those with high-deductible health insurance, healthshare plans, the uninsured, and those seeking a more personal experience.

Our diagnostic ultrasounds cost between $200 and $325 per scan, and wellness packages range from $850 to $1600. Pricing is all-inclusive. The fee reflects bundled pricing and includes the cost to perform the test and the cost for the radiologist to review and report the results of the test. Prices are subject to change.
