Emotional pain can be the most stifling and difficult pain to endure, yet it can also be the catalyst for tremendous insight and growth. I specialize in working with individuals and couples, some who have endured hard things in life and relationships, traumas, encountered setbacks, have high stress lives and want change. I am an EMDR-trained trauma therapist based in CBT, and for couples have completed Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2. I provide presentations for companies, at clinics and conferences around performance anxiety, relationships, and strengths. My ideal client, individually or as a couple, is ready to re-discover their strengths, be free from the impact of past experiences, old or more recent, and is desiring growth within themselves and their relationships.
