It’s been awhile since an official introduction, hasn’t it? 🫣 Hey, it’s Sierra! 👋 I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years and Ebb & Flow W311ness has existed for 8 years this month 🫶 WOW!
I’d describe my massage style as firm, slow, and an intentional flow. I customize each session to your needs, and I like to address your problem areas while still creating a soothing experience. I specialize in therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage massage, myofacial release, hot stone massage. And many more.
When I am not doing massage, I’m spending time with my husband and our coolest 4 boys.
I enjoy being outdoors. I love hiking, traveling and exploring. Camping 🏕️ . All of the crafts. Music 🎵 is life.
I’m endlessly inspired by the human body— an ever-adaptive, intelligent organism that responds, reshapes, and rebalances itself in remarkable ways. My work is rooted in a love of anatomy and an interest in pain science, movement, and nervous system regulation.
