The last three weeks were incredibly challenging, amazing, exciting, exhausting, fulfilling, and life changing. Also feels like I've been gone for three months.

Anatomy Trains Part 1 Complete as of today!!!. Phew...

Part 2 starts in November. So much for a chill October 👻 but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I made a decade-long dream come true.

Tomorrow I embark on a very special journey, the path to becoming a Structural Integrator with Anatomy Trains. I'm so excited I'm coming out of my skin.
