We started our day with warm cups of caffeine and sweet conversation in our cozy little café. ☕💛 Later, we gathered in the clubhouse for some baking and filled the room with delicious smells and lots of laughter. We ended the day the best way we know how—together at our knitting and crocheting club, stitching away and enjoying each other’s company. Days like these make our little community feel extra special. 🧶✨

We had a full afternoon today with Bingo Thursday followed by a St. Patrick’s Day trivia quiz. 🍀
Residents put their Irish knowledge to the test, shared plenty of laughs, and enjoyed some friendly competition together.

🍀 Yesterday was an active day at Autumn Trace! 🍀
We started the morning with stretches to get everyone moving, and then the real adventure began — our Leprechaun Gold Hunt! 🌈✨
Community members searched high and low for hidden gold around the community, and it was wonderful to see everyone out and about joining in the fun. There was plenty of laughter and a little friendly competition along the way!
🏆 Lois and Rob tied for 1st place, each finding 15 pieces of gold, and Phyllis was a close second with 13!
The winners took home a basket o’ goodies, but the real prize was a day full of fun, movement, and smiles. 🍀

🏡🍬 We loved welcoming visitors to our Home Sweet Home Open House!🍬🏡

The afternoon was full of smiles, great conversations, community engagement, and plenty of delicious treats.🍪🍰🍬

A very special thank you to Papa Smith’s Sugar Shack for going above and beyond—donating their delicious freeze-dried candy, helping promote our event, joining us during the open house, and even pitching in with cleanup. Your support made the day extra sweet! 🍭

We started the morning with chair yoga and gentle stretches to get everyone moving and feeling good. Then we took a break to celebrate Mary’s birthday—always a special time when we get to gather, laugh, and make someone feel extra celebrated. 🎉
To top it all off, we ended the day the best way possible… with cheese puffs for National Cheese Puff Day! 🧀✨ Crunchy, cheesy, and the perfect little treat to wrap up a great day together.
Staying active, celebrating each other, and enjoying the little things—just another wonderful day with our Autumn Trace family! 🩷🏚💐

We began the day together in worship in our chapel ✝️ It was a beautiful sight to see it filled with standing room only.💕
Later in the afternoon, we gathered in the activity room for a little bowling 🎳 and time spent together. Moments like these remind us how special our Autumn Trace family is ❤️🏚

Today we cast on something new at Autumn Trace — and it was "knot" your average afternoon!😁
There’s just something special about slowing down, working with your hands, and enjoying good company. We’re already looking forward to our next gathering! 💛

We had the best time playing Bingo with the National Honor Society students — and as always, it was a FULL house! 👏
We are so grateful for our National Honor Society friends who bring such joy, connection, and fun each time they visit. Intergenerational moments like these are something special. 💛

Today we celebrated our incredible walkers and awarded prizes for our February Miles for Mobility competition!
✨ Joan took home the title of Overall Winner, earning BOTH:
🥇 Most Miles Walked
🥇 Most Consistent Walker
Joan walks a mile every single day to stay active and fit — talk about dedication! She is truly an inspiration to our community, and we are so proud of her commitment and determination. 💪💛
❤️ Shirley received our Heart of the Challenge Award for being the ultimate encourager — always inviting others to join her and cheering everyone on along the way. Her positivity made this challenge extra special!
We are so proud of all of our Miles for Mobility participants. Staying active together, encouraging one another, and celebrating every step — that’s what community is all about. 👏✨
