We’re Back!

Last spring, we launched our Women’s Anxiety Group and the feedback was incredible. Participants shared how much they valued the sense of community, the space to open up about their deepest thoughts and the practical tools they gained to better manage anxiety.

The experience was so powerful that we knew we had to bring it back. This fall, we’re thrilled to expand and enrich the journey even further.

Our team curated a tailored workshop to the staff of Empowering Youth and Families Outreach as they begin their summer programming. We explored secondary trauma, burnout prevention, and what sustainable self-care really means in helping professions. We appreciate the open hearts, deep reflections and commitment to the care shown by the EYFO staff.
