It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our colleague and friend, Jeimy Alonso (Jeimy A.), who passed away yesterday evening. Jeimy was taken to the hospital after reporting trouble breathing. She passed away shortly after that. We send our deepest condolences to her family and friends. We will all miss her more than words can express...

Our practice will be closed today, June 5th, for all in-person appointments, but providers will continue to see clients with scheduled visits virtually.
