Infinite Rainbow Behavior Solutions (IRBS) is a minority and women-owned small practice with extensive experience of nearly a decade. IRBS is made up of passionate individuals who strive to increase our community’s access to high quality services. Our micro ABA practice is hiring a BCBA!

You've been in the field for a while and have experience managing larger caseloads, ongoing administrative responsibilities, and competing priorities. Over time, it can become more difficult to focus on the clinical aspects of the role.

This position is designed for BCBAs who are looking to prioritize client care, collaboration, and thoughtful clinical work within a smaller team setting!
