Renton Vision Clinic safely returns to providing in office vision care to our respective communities!!!

We hope you and your families are doing well in these unprecedented times. The last few weeks have felt surreal as we all learn to adjust to this ever-changing landscape.

Our team is ready and excited to announce that we will be available for in office visits starting Wednesday May 20th, 2020.

We are proud to have done our part in flattening the curve and for keeping quite a few eye emergencies out of the emergency rooms by being available to our patients via telemedicine appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The well-being of our patients and staff continue to be our primary concern. Therefore the next time you come in or call to schedule an appointment, you will notice we have put into place extensive protective measures recommended by the CDC and WHO.
In addition to cleaning in between each patient and rearranging our clinics to maximize social distancing, we have added these practices:

Reminder phone calls to patients reviewing mask requirements and health screening procedures.

Patients to come alone to their appointments. We limit patient companion to just one parent, guardian or caretaker should it be necessary

Arrivals and early check ins may be asked to wait in their car until their appointment time.

Patients are screened prior to and at the time of arrival to their appointment for symptoms of COVID-19, including a temperature check.

Employees are also screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms and have daily temperature checks.

Cloth or surgical face masks must be worn by all patients and all employees while in our facilities.

Masks must not have valves.

We also encourage frequent hand-washing or use of appropriate hand sanitizers.

Although we are open for in office visits, we will continue to be available and provide telemedicine appointments for those who are not able to come in for in person visits at this time.

We miss each of you and look forward to welcoming you and your families back to our offices again. Together we will get through this!
