Sleep can get trickier as we age. Here are 6 ways to sleep better:
1. Keep a steady schedule (same sleep/wake time daily)
2. Get morning daylight (10–15 minutes outside or by a bright window)
3. Limit caffeine after noon and skip late-night alcohol
4. Move your body most days, but finish vigorous exercise 3–4 hours before bed
5. Power down screens and start a 30–60 minute wind-down (dim lights, read, stretch)
6. Set your room for sleep: cool, dark, quiet; consider white/pink/brown noise
