I have an in home massage office that is separate from the rest of my home. I also offer relaxing massage in your own home or work. Instead of driving to a massage appointment and ruining your massage afterwards by driving in traffic, you can get a massage in your home and stay relaxed. I bring my massage table, linens, lotion and music to provide a relaxing massage.

As we approach a new year (this year has flown by), there are a couple of important reminders for Regence insurance clients.
#1- A valid, unexpired prescription is needed for me to continue to bill your insurance. If you are unsure if your prescription is still valid, please reach out to me so I can check. If you need a new prescription, you can have your PCP’s office fax or email it to me.
#2- if your benefits are going to change in any way, please let me know before your next appointment in the new year. These changes can be a different plan, ID number, number of massages available per year, deductible, or copay amounts. If you will no longer be a Regence insurance client, I can provide a superbill so you can submit it to your insurance for out of network benefits. As always, thank you for supporting my small business.
