Dr. Renee McCoy is facilitating our 6-week Soul Care Support Group for Black LGBTQ seniors 50+ starting today, and we could not be more excited to welcome everyone who has already signed up.

Soul Care is a safe, affirming virtual space designed to help our elders:
• Share personal experiences of spiritual growth
• Build community connections
• Support one another through healing and emotional wellness
• Explore healthy living and resilience
• Feel seen, supported, and uplifted through guided conversations

This series meets Wednesdays from 6:00PM–7:30PM PST on Zoom, starting today.

With World AIDS Day on December 1st, we’re honoring our loved ones and supporting those living with HIV through a series of meaningful conversations and workshops led by Dr. Renee McCoy. From HIV and aging to safe spaces for LGBTQ seniors, these sessions offer knowledge, support, and community for those who need it most.

But that’s not all—December is full of wellness opportunities:
