Obesity is characterized by the increased size of adipocytes (fat-storing cells) caused by the excessive accumulation of fats, which alters their function and promotes chronic inflammation. The carvone CT of white verbena essential oil reduced adipocyte size by increasing the use of stored fats (triglycerides) for energy production in laboratory research. This suggests that the ingestion of white verbena essential oil has potential to reduce overweight and obesity.

While white verbena essential oil is not commonly available, you can simulate the oil by mixing 2 parts of spearmint with 1 part of orange, tangerine, or grapefruit oil.

"Did you know you can use uncooked rice to diffuse your oils? Here is a really quick and affordable way to naturally deodorize your house, or if you are traveling without a diffuser – this is a great way to make sure you're benefitting from your oils when you're on the go.

𝗗𝗜𝗬 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿
1/2 cup uncooked rice
15-20 drops of essential oils
Glass jar

Add rice to a glass jar, then add oil and mix thoroughly.

It may seem like a lot of drops of oil to use but this diffuser should last 4-6 months!"

😍Show of hands🙋‍♂️ Has anyone else tried oil cleansing?
For my morning cleanse, I have started oil cleansing, and my skin is SO happy!
My face still feels squeaky clean without stripping my skins natural oils 🙌🏻 here is what I use:
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (not fractionated)
1 Tbsp Jojoba Oil
2 drops Frankincense
2 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Ylang Ylang
I stir all my ingredients together and keep in a 2 oz glass jar. Depending on how hot it is where you live it may liquify a bit, but that’s fine!
I take about a teaspoon and massage it into my skin then rinse off with a washcloth.
Coconut oil has properties that make it perfect for cleansing the face! Lemongrass does the same.
Jojoba oil is amazing since it mimics the natural oils found in the skin and penetrates deep. You won’t get that dry feeling after using this!
Here are a few oils you can try depending on your skin type!
Sensitive Skin:
Chamomile
Geranium
Lavender
Dry Skin:
Cedarwood
Frankincense
Ylang Ylang
Oily Skin:
Tea Tree
Grapefruit
Lavender

You guys, if you know me, you’re aware of how OCD I am when it comes to cleaning. I’ve had the hardest time letting go of bleach, but this cleaner is fantastic! Not only does it disinfect and clean everything without the extra gross toxins it also smells like Christmas!! I can’t believe I waited so long to buy a scrub brush to make this! Bye, bleach mold & mildew; I no longer need you in my life.

Fun fact: the heart generates the strongest electromagnetic field (energy) produced by the human body. Scientists have documented that this energy becomes more clear when a person is in a loving or caring state. In addition, sharing of this energy is possible through touch or when in close proximity (proved through science by electrocardiogram)--about 10 feet.

In other words, scientists have measured that others can detect and feel your mood and be affected by it. So moods are contagious. Are you broadcasting positive or negative energy from your heart?

Essentials oils can significantly influence mood due to their direct connection to the brain and influence on the nervous and endocrine systems. Some general effects of EOs on mood include:
● Citrus oils are uplifting and reduce nervousness.
● Woody oils are grounding, calming, and relaxing.
● Floral oils are balancing, calming, and promote positivity.
● Herbal oils are calming and banish sadness.
● Spicy oils are invigorating and improve overall mood.

Attention: tired parents! Up to 50 percent of infants over the age of six months continue to awaken during the night, which can also negatively affect the sleep of the parents. Massaging infants with two drops of lavender essential oil in 50 mL of carrier oil for 30 minutes during three consecutive days reduced sleep disturbances in infants aged 6 to 12 months old. The infants fell asleep faster and stayed asleep for longer, reducing overall disturbances in sleep patterns.
