Having an absolute blast out here today. 😊

🌳 Happy Arbor Day!

Arbor Day is a holiday rooted in hope — a day dedicated not to remembering the past, but to investing in the future. The very first American Arbor Day was proposed by J. Sterling Morton in Nebraska, where pioneers longed for the trees they’d left behind. On April 10, 1872, Nebraskans planted an estimated one million trees, marking the first official celebration.

By 1885, Arbor Day became a legal state holiday in Nebraska, and the tradition quickly spread across the country. Today, all 50 states celebrate Arbor Day, most commonly on the last Friday in April.

And the heart of the holiday hasn’t changed:
We should all plant trees we’ll never sit under.
Because planting a tree is an act of generosity — a gift to tomorrow’s air, tomorrow’s shade, tomorrow’s children.

So take a moment today to appreciate the trees around you… or plant one for someone who isn’t here yet.

Your child’s play is more than just play—it’s communication.

Through play, children may be expressing:
• Big emotions they don’t have words for
• Experiences they’re trying to process
• Fears, worries, or confusion
• A need for control or safety

You might notice:
🏠 Reenacting daily routines (or stressful moments)
🦸 Playing out “good vs. bad” scenarios
🩺 Taking care of dolls or stuffed animals
💥 Repetitive or intense themes

✨ Play gives us a window into their inner world.

If your child’s play has you wondering what it means, you’re not alone. Reach out—we’re here to help you understand what your child may be expressing. 💛

Books do more than tell stories…
they help children understand their own. 💛

Through stories, children can:
• Feel seen and understood
• Learn how to name emotions
• Explore big experiences in a safe way
• Build empathy and connection

📚 Sometimes a child relates to a character before they can express themselves.

Snuggle up and read with your child today—you might be opening more than just a book.

Earth Day reminder:
Healing doesn’t always happen indoors. 🌿

Fresh air
Sunlight
Movement
Connection

These are powerful for both you and your child’s mental health.

Step outside today—even for a few minutes. Your mind and body will thank you. 🌱

Don't stop believing in Yourself. One day you will get to where you always wanted to go. You will accomplish your dreams. You will be proud. You will feel achieved. All that hard work WILL pay off.

Be Thankful. Thankful to yourself, your family, and the ones who always have supported, pushed and encouraged you.

I am so Grateful for all the hurdles and challenges we have faced and overcome. So Grateful for all the love and support from my Husband, friends, family, colleagues, and of course...My Clients! ❤️‍🩹

Motherhood after trauma can feel complicated.

You might notice:
• Increased anxiety or hypervigilance
• Feeling disconnected from your body
• Triggers during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum
• Difficulty trusting others with your care

And still—you are showing up. That matters.

Be gentle with yourself. Healing and motherhood can coexist, even when it’s hard.

💪 Putting in the work at the gym but not seeing the results you expected?

For a lot of men, the issue isn’t effort — it’s hormones. Specifically, low testosterone can make it incredibly hard to build muscle, lose fat, recover well, or feel motivated in the first place.

🧬 How Low Testosterone Can Affect Your Fitness Results:
Slower muscle growth even with consistent lifting

Decreased strength or plateaus that won’t budge

Low energy and poor stamina during workouts

Longer recovery times and more soreness

Increased body fat, especially around the midsection

Low motivation or feeling “flat” in the gym

When testosterone is low, your body simply isn’t working with you — no matter how disciplined you are.

The good news?
You don’t have to guess. A simple conversation and proper testing can help you understand what’s going on and whether hormone support could help you feel stronger, more energized, and more like yourself again.

If your gym grind isn’t matching your results, it might be time to look deeper.

💬 Want to find out if GLP‑1 is right for you? Let’s talk.

If you’ve been struggling with weight loss, low energy, cravings, or feeling stuck no matter what you try, GLP‑1 therapy might be an option — but it’s not a one‑size‑fits‑all solution. Your health story, your labs, your lifestyle, and your goals all matter.

That’s why having a real conversation with a provider who listens is the first step. We’ll look at the full picture, talk through your options, and make sure any plan we choose is safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.
If you’re curious, ready, or just want answers, I’m here.

We don’t talk enough about the emotional recovery after a C-section.

Alongside physical healing, there may be:
• Grief over a different birth experience
• Feelings of loss of control
• Trauma or fear
• Guilt or shame

If this is part of your story—you are not alone. Your feelings are valid, and support is available. Healing is not just physical.
