Holiday cheer shouldn’t come with back pain 🎄Here are a few more simple chiropractor-approved tips that can save your spine while you wrap gifts this season. Your back will thank you:

1. Don’t wrap on the floor
Wrapping on the floor = rounded spine + strained low back.
➡️ Use a table, kitchen island, or counter instead.

2. Switch sides often
If you’re twisting to one side to reach scissors or tape, alternate sides.
➡️ Repetitive twisting = back flare-ups.

3. Engage your core (yes, even wrapping!)
Lightly brace your abs like you’re about to cough.
