Mercury Retrograde was trying her best, but we made it! Two flat tires, a long drive 6 hours past our planned leave time, arriving to a room that was still dirty from the previous guest at 2am… but we are here now and all is right with the world. Happy Thanksgiving everyone who celebrates! ❤️

In retrospect, 2019 looks pretty damn wonderful. I officially opened my dream business, traveled more than ever with my love and my dearest friends, had some health challenges I’ve overcome, and also learned a lot about balancing my life with work, gym and fun. Here’s to more tattoos, travel, and lifting heavy things in 2020. Thanks for the love everyone! 🖤

Some slow-ass light triples on a Saturday. I haven’t been feeling well the last few months, so I’m grateful to have just survived these. Looking forward to getting my strength back up. Get your vitamin D tested, kids! My levels were so low and I didn’t even realize how much my aches and fatigue were affecting me until it started getting better with prescription level replacement. Now I just need the sun to come out!☀️.n.k 📹

Tree pose amongst the tallest trees I've ever seen. I did Iyengar yoga for 15 years, but fell out of the routine a few years back. I miss it and I'm super rusty, but slowly I'm trying to get a practice going again.
