🔷Dr. Sepi holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (University of Montana), Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Physical Therapy & Health Education (CSUN), and has been licensed in California since 1997.

🔹With over 36 years of hands-on experience and more than 1,000 hours of training in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release (MFR) Approach, Dr. Sepi is one of the few instructors nationwide teaching this powerful method.

📌She opened From the Heart PT in 2011 to create a peaceful healing center in Los Angeles, where every patient receives individualized, compassionate care.🫶
