Picture this: It’s 4:00 PM, your office is heading to happy hour … and an emergency patient gets added to the schedule. Pain level: 7/10. Pulp exposure after caries removal. Periapical lesion in ALL roots and two hidden calcified canals.

BTW, we chose C and the post-op CBCT speaks for itself, And we made it to the happy hour 😂
