We’re also incredibly grateful to our sponsor, Nobel Biocare, and to our talented speaker, Tracy Anderson Butler, RDH, MFT, who shared valuable insights on case acceptance—sparking engaging conversations and practical takeaways for everyone in attendance.

Not only was this a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season, but it also marked an exciting milestone for us as we return to being a doctor-owned practice and celebrate our 40-year anniversary.

Today, we proudly recognize and thank Dr. Robertson for his service to our country. Before joining our team at Fairfax Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Robertson served in the United States Air Force, demonstrating the same dedication, integrity, and compassion that he now brings to his patients every day.

Throughout his distinguished Air Force career, Dr. Robertson earned numerous awards and decorations, including the Air Combat Command Junior Clinical Dentist of the Year, 633rd Dental Squadron Field Grade Officer of the Year, the Achievement Medal, the Commendation Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and many other accolades—culminating in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

During his honorable service, Dr. Robertson provided full-scope oral and maxillofacial care to soldiers and their families. His surgical experience was heavily concentrated in orthognathic, trauma, and cosmetic/reconstructive surgery, skills he continues to bring to our patients today.

We are deeply grateful for his courage, commitment, and continued service—both to our country and our community. Thank you to all veterans for your bravery, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication. ❤️🤍💙
