On Monday, Oct. 24th, we'll launch our final Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course for this year. MBSR is an evidence-based, experiential training program that offers tools and concepts you can learn and apply in your daily life, helping you live with a greater sense of stability, well-being, and contentment. Classes are online, Monday evenings, Oct. 24th through Dec. 19th, from 6:00 - 8:30 PM ET. We offer flexible, sliding scale pricing and maintain small/optimal size classes. I'm a certified, experienced MBSR teacher and facilitator and I'll be leading this course. I hope you can join me!
