RESTON HOSPITAL UPDATE: Normal power was restored at 2:50 am. All hospital systems are working properly and we continue to serve the community.

Earlier this evening, Reston Hospital experienced a transformer malfunction which led to the facility going on generator power. All back up systems are currently working as they should. The hospital is open and available to meet the needs of the community.

Engaging with the community and healthy competition is in our DNA at Reston Hospital!

The Reston Hospital Rapid Responders team showed up, pulled together, and pulled a fire truck at the 3rd annual Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department's Chili Days Chili Cookoff and Fire Truck Pull! We were proud to join so many community members in support of the AVFD this past weekend. We appreciate all of our colleagues and family members who showed up to support and cheer on the Reston Hospital team! Thank you for supporting our local fire and rescue organizations too!
