🎨 This week is Creative Arts Therapies Week

At Sage House, we’re reminded how powerful creative expression can be—especially for children who may not yet have the words to explain what they’re feeling.

Through art and play, children are able to process emotions, build coping skills, and feel seen and understood in a different way.

We’re grateful to be part of a field that values creativity, connection, and growth.

Sometimes the hardest place to be isn’t managing a diagnosis.

It’s the space before one.

When symptoms overlap —
ADHD, anxiety, autism, trauma, burnout —
it can feel confusing, frustrating, and exhausting.

At Sage House, we’re launching a new series of expert-led workshops designed to help adults, parents, and educators better understand the brain behind the behavior.

Instead of focusing on managing a label, these workshops focus on:

• Why symptoms can look almost identical
• Why certain strategies work for one brain — but not another
• How understanding brain wiring changes everything
• When formal evaluation may provide clarity

✨ For Adults: “Am I?” Workshops
✨ For Parents: “Why Is My Child Struggling?”
✨ For Educators: “Classroom Survival”

Because clarity reduces guesswork.
And understanding creates peace.

Details available upon request.
