Living Healthy, Naturally.
I first started making elderberry syrup when I was pregnant with my daughter, Hannah. I was getting sick every week with only one day in between sicknesses. Being pregnant, doctors advised against using regular cold medicine to help. I had heard about Elderberry syrup and decided to give it a try! Immediately it began to help and sickness became rare. I started making it for others in order to help them gain the same benefits I gained from it. In addition to this, my husband and I are two busy college students with a growing family and we are so grateful for your support in helping our business grow!
My homemade elderberry syrup is made with local, raw honey to help with local allergens. I can make custom batches for your little ones who may not be ready for honey yet. Elderberries have been used in folk medicine for hundreds of years to help with digestive problems, influenza, colds, sinusitis and allergy symptoms. Their high concentration of powerful antioxidants has shown to boost the bodyβs immune system by neutralizing harmful free radicals and protects against illness. Elderberries are also a great source of vitamins A and C, which are a great duo for helping to ward off the pesky bugs that make their rounds this season!
