We’re simplifying and clarifying our services so they reflect how the work actually feels—not confusing labels or tiers. Each name now better represents the intention of the session, while still allowing your therapist to tailor the work to your body’s needs.
Integrative Therapeutic Massage - Best for: most clients, ongoing care, stress, general aches, full-body support.
Advanced Recovery, Injury & Performance Massage - Best for: chronic pain, stubborn problem areas, injury recovery, postural strain, swelling, or clients wanting a higher level of therapeutic focus
(Suitable for active and non-active bodies alike.)
Prenatal Massage - Best for: Pregnancy-related aches and pains, Low back, hip, and pelvic discomfort, Swelling and circulation support, Stress relief and emotional grounding, Ongoing care throughout pregnancy.
Postpartum Massage - Best for: Postpartum recovery and healing, Neck, shoulders, and back tension, Muscle fatigue from feeding, holding, and carrying, Swelling or fluid retention, Physical and emotional reset after birth.
