Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ohio �Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in the comfort of their homes and residential settings.
Qualifications
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Ohio
* Experience in developmental disabilities, home health, behavioral health, or long-term care preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* CPR Certification
* Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in clients’ homes
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
* Monitor and document patient progress, including progress notes and incident reports
* Maintain medication administration records (MARs) and medical charting
* Ensure compliance with Ohio Revised Code and regulatory standards
* Delegate nursing tasks per Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Individual Service Plans
* Maintain infection control standards and monitor PPE supplies
*SOC,ROC and Recertification’s
* Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and safety
* Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, therapists, aides, and case managers
