I know there aren’t many who agree with me, but I LOVE the snow and cold weather; I always have. We did our typical day trip to Cleveland yesterday to see family and my 3 year old told me he wanted to play in the snow. We got bundled up, headed outside, and then he wanted to make his first snowman.

I have a lot to be thankful for. Watching his imagination and creativity grow and seeing his excitement when he accomplishes something is one of the things I am thankful for the most.

I take Halloween VERY seriously 🎃👻

I know my husband is probably living up his childhood dream passing on his love of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to our kids!

I know I’m a day late…unfortunately our whole household is very sick so I’m a little behind!

Happy (belated) National First Responders Day! Thank you to my husband and all first responders for your unwavering dedication and sacrifice. It is an honor to work with you and support you.

First responders face danger, uncertainty, and chaos on the daily. Thank you for all you do to keep our communities safe 🙏🏻

I’m not sure how many times I’ve watched Monsters Inc and Monsters University this weekend.

Lots of Trunk-or-Treating this past weekend and also the first weekend my husband has worked officially as a Sergeant. So while he was working special then onto his regular shift the last few days (so I’ve only seen him to say good morning and goodnight), thankfully he was home last night when our 3 year old suddenly woke up wheezing, barking cough, and struggling to breathe.

Long night at Children’s and our first terrifying experience with Croup. He is home and on the mend. I will gladly watch Monsters Inc as many times in a row as his little heart desires if it means he’s home safe and sound with us.

I’m so appreciative of the Violet Township Medics and Nationwide Children’s doctors and nurses for taking care of our family.
