📣 Calling all parents & caregivers!

We know this is a lot of information packed into one flyer, but we wanted to share it so you can truly see all the ways pediatric physical therapy can help your child. 💙

At Tier One Physical Therapy, we work with children who may be experiencing delays in motor skills, low muscle tone, walking or balance concerns, posture or orthopedic issues, recovery after injury or surgery, and even safe return to sports and play.

Every child is different — and so is our approach. We provide individualized, play-based therapy delivered by clinicians with advanced pediatric training and ongoing mentorship, ensuring care that’s developmentally appropriate and evidence-based.

🎄 Holiday Hours Update 🎄

Please take a moment to review our holiday hours for the rest of 2025! We’ll be extending treatment hours on Monday and Tuesday so our team can spend quality time with our families for the remainder of Christmas week.

We had the best time at our Christmas Open House! We were so thankful to welcome current patients, community members, and new faces into the clinic to celebrate the season with us.

We had an incredible turnout with over 100 people coming out to support us! A huge thank you to Donna Watkins for the delicious goodies and Phat Girls Designs for the super cute t-shirts. Our awesome door prizes were purchased locally from Chas Mar of Eastman.

While a few of our girls couldn’t be there with us tonight, they were definitely missed. We are so grateful for the continued support, love, and encouragement from our community. 🎄💙

Closing out our “Thankful for Our Team” introductions — it’s me, Caitlin Webb, PT, DPT. 💙

Writing one of these about myself feels a little funny, but I couldn’t end this series without sharing the heart behind Tier One.

I’m a Dodge County native and a proud 2019 Georgia Southern graduate where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Before opening my own clinic, I spent years gaining experience in nearly every setting — home health, outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, cardiac/neuro ICU, inpatient rehab, and pediatrics — each one shaping the way I care for patients and the kind of clinic I dreamed of building.

What a lot of people don’t know is that Tier One was originally going to be a small mobile pediatric practice. But one day, I felt a tug at my heart to do something bigger — to open a brick-and-mortar clinic that served the entire community. That tug turned into a leap of faith… and that leap became Tier One.

The name “Tier One” has a story too. It was inspired by my late father, who left this word entirely too soon, and my mom helped me think through the perfect name. It’s special, personal, and a reminder of where this dream started.

What began in a tiny blue building has grown into something far beyond what I imagined — and that’s because of you.

💙 To our patients: thank you for trusting me with your care and being part of this journey.

💙 To our community: thank you for embracing this clinic and supporting us every step of the way.

💙 And to my amazing team: thank you for believing in this mission, showing up with heart, and helping create a place that truly puts people first.

And, on the real-life side — in my spare time, you can usually find me brainstorming 47 new ways to rearrange the clinic (IYKYK 🤪), picking out the next piece of equipment we “absolutely need,” and chasing the sun with my little girl and husband. 🥰💗

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and lead a team that I am so proud of. Thank you for letting Tier One be a small part of your lives — it means more than you know. 🤍

Here’s to continued growth, healing, and showing up for our hometown in the best way we know how. 💪🏼💙

✨ Thankful for Our Team: Meet Claire Greer, PT, DPT! ✨

Next up in our “Thankful for Our Team” spotlight is someone who brings energy, confidence, and nonstop positivity to every session — Claire Greer, PT, DPT.

Claire graduated from Georgia Southern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021, and since then she’s built an impressive résumé across multiple settings — inpatient acute care, outpatient orthopedics, home health, and skilled nursing. Her wide-ranging experience shows up every day through her adaptability, strong clinical reasoning, and her ability to meet each patient exactly where they are.

She has an upbeat personality that instantly puts people at ease, sharp clinical instincts, and a real passion for helping individuals move better and feel stronger. Claire loves sports rehab and has a deep drive to help athletes return to peak performance.

She also aspires to become skilled in hippotherapy — a treatment approach that uses the movement of a horse to improve balance, strength, coordination, and sensory processing — and hopes to bring this specialty to our community in the future.

When she’s not in the clinic, Claire is still full of energy — she enjoys training horses, working out, going to rodeos, and spending time with her family.

She shows up ready to work, ready to encourage, and ready to make each session count. Claire’s energy is contagious, and our clinic is absolutely better because she’s part of the team.

We are incredibly grateful for Claire and the spark she brings to Tier One. If you’ve worked with her, you already know — she’s the real deal. 💙

Next up on our “Thankful for Our Team” spotlight… meet Tegan Hutcheson! 💙

Tegan is our PT Tech and the person who keeps the flow of our day moving. She helps patients get settled, assists during sessions, and makes sure rooms and equipment stay clean and ready — all the behind-the-scenes things that help the clinic run smoother.

Before joining Tier One, Tegan spent several years in a busy veterinary clinic, which gave her a strong foundation in multitasking, staying organized, and working in fast-paced environments. She brings that same steady energy to our team and is always willing to step in where she’s needed.

Outside of work, she spends most of her free time running after her two energetic boys. 💛

We’re thankful for everything she does to support our patients and our staff. Drop a 💙 to show Tegan some love!
