What a year it’s been. 2020 started as just another year with a “normal life” mid-March. Then the reality of the severity of the COVID-19 virus slammed us and we holed up at home for our safety. I closed my acupuncture practice, and enjoyed the enforced break from my usual life. I had time to think about things I just couldn’t consider before. Life is short. Am I doing all that I need and want to do in this life that we are granted? The experience has affected me and changed me. All for the best. I reopened in late May, reinvigorating my clinical practice with a renewed enthusiasm for patient care, while deepening my connection to painting landscapes, playing electric bass, and loving my family and friends.
