Bilingual (Spanish), front office duties, answering phones, scheduling patients, sending and receiving faxes and emails. Following up on voicemails, patients, attorneys. Pulling out patient charts. Collecting payment and copayments. Assist in creating patient files.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel and have excellent organization and communication skills. Possible promotion to office management.
