As the days get shorter and the nights arrive sooner, it’s normal to feel a little off balance. The time change can affect our energy, mood, and motivation — so remember to take care of you. 💛

Here are a few simple ways to support your mental health:

✨ Get outside during daylight hours — even a short walk can help.
✨ Keep a consistent sleep schedule to help your body adjust.
✨ Add cozy routines — warm drinks, and calm music can help you unwind.
✨ Move your body regularly, even in small ways.
✨ Stay connected — reach out to friends, family, or your support system.
