Entrepreneurship for the last 5 years has been my biggest blessing. I would not be the person I am today without this business, without this store, without these customers supporting me. The customers have turned into friends, and family. Women owned small business month is essential to encourage female entrepreneurs, and celebrate their successes.

59% of business owners are men, with 41% of small business owners being women. There is nothing more powerful than a woman pouring her heart and soul into something she truly believes in. Entrepreneurship is a journey, and I am here to tell you absolutely anything is possible if you are willing to dedicate yourself to it. Don’t let the statistics fool you, your dream is possible. You can achieve your dreams. Don’t ever give up. Believe in yourself and amazing things will happen.

Women owned small business month is VITAL to encourage female entrepreneurs, and the next generation of entrepreneurs. If you see a female small business owner this month, please share some kind words and/or words of encouragement.
