Remington Transitional Care of Richardson

We provide short -term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

🐰✨️ We had a wonderful time celebrating Easter with our team! This week, we passed out Easter eggs filled with candy, held a raffle with 6 grand prize winners, and had Easter Bunny-themed floats, filled with sherbet and vanilla ice cream. 🍨

Bubbles, Bunnies, and Bundtinis… oh my! 🐰✨ We had such a wonderful time hosting our Case Manager Mixer, and it was a huge success! Team members, social workers, and case managers joined us for sweet treats and great conversation while learning more about our team and all we have to offer.
