Today we are celebrating someone very special on our team — our incredible social worker, Kadi — while also recognizing the profound impact social workers make every day in communities everywhere.

In all of our years working in healthcare, Kadi stands out as one of the most remarkable social workers we have ever had the privilege of working alongside. She consistently goes above and beyond, often quietly behind the scenes, making sure every patient, every family member, and everyone connected to them feels supported, cared for, and never alone during one of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable chapters.

Kadi has a beautiful way of meeting people exactly where they are. Whether she is helping a family navigate difficult decisions, connecting them with resources they did not even know existed, or simply sitting beside someone who needs compassion and understanding, she brings heart, wisdom, and grace to every moment.

Social workers play an extraordinary role in our communities. They advocate, guide, support, and walk alongside people through life’s most challenging seasons. Their work often happens quietly, but the impact they make is profound and lasting.

Today we celebrate Kadi and the difference she makes every single day. And we also recognize all social workers everywhere — thank you for the compassion, strength, and dedication you bring to the people and communities you serve.
