Topic: The Gifts of Diligence and Perseverance

As we seek to develop a strong mindfulness practice, we have to be diligent and persevere even when faced with challenges and obstacles. Knowing how to take care of these challenges and obstacles when they arise and knowing how to do that mindfully is the key to our ability to persevere and to be diligent in our practice. Any worthwhile endeavor requires a certain degree of diligence and perseverance. Certainly, nourishing the qualities of happiness is a very worthwhile endeavor!

Join us this Sunday (Awakening Heart) for a special gathering at Dallas Meditation Center! 🧘✨

Featured Speaker: Nic Bellegarde
Topic: What Great Beings Realize, pt. 4

The Discourse on the Eight Realizations of Great Beings offers penetrating insights into the nature of reality, which can help us to awaken.

Join us as we explore together the fourth two realizations of great beings:

7) the awareness that the five categories of sensual desire – money, s*x, fame, overeating, and oversleeping – lead to problems.

8) the awareness that the fire of birth and death is raging, causing endless suffering everywhere.

With a characteristic blend of humor and down to earth stories, Nic will explore these realizations, opening doors into deeper understanding of our experience and what it means to wake up through these teachings..
