Tummy time doesn’t have to be on the floor.
Try these therapist-approved alternatives:
✨ Tummy-down carry (football hold)
✨ Inclined on legs
✨ Over your lap
✨ Chest-to-chest
These positions still help build neck strength, shoulder stability, and core muscles needed for rolling, crawling, and sitting.
Start with the position your baby tolerates best and build from there! Consistency matters most!
