If you prefer to celebrate at home, our Cold Packed Vegan Thanksgiving Meals return with two convenient pickup locations.
Garland pickup is Tuesday November 25 from 5 PM to 7:30 PM at Revolving Kitchen.
Allen pickup is Wednesday November 26 from 3 PM to 6:30 PM.

TLC stands for “Tastes like Chicken” because that’s what people have famously said when they tasted the oyster mushrooms that Chef Troy Gardner makes in his chicken-inspired dishes and also, the tender, loving, care that goes into each dish. (Fun fact: the fun logo is an oyster mushroom disguised as a chicken!)
TLC is a ghost kitchen located in the Lake Highlands area serving daily chef specials, family-style meals, boxed lunches, and a vegan menu of savory and sweets with items like TLC pizzas topped with homemade cashew mozzarella, chicken fried steak, multi-layered lasagna with house made ricotta, mozzarella, & parmesan, mouthwatering chocolate lava cake or banana foster pudding to his Texas award-winning chili!
Delivery is available through TLC directly within a 7 miles radius or through most third party delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. Food can be ordered online at any day and time and then scheduled for pick-up for another day or time during their business hours.
With more than 20 years of culinary experience including his time at Sabor Vegan Academy in Spain where he spent 3.5 months studying and learning vegan techniques, adding more depth, textures, and flavors to his vegan dishes, Chef Troy Gardner is excited to share more of these delights and creations with Dallas and the world!
Most people will recognize him from being the Co-Owner and Executive Chef for V-Eats in Trinity Groves where he received international attention for this vegan brisket and other items on this menu. Before V-Eats, he was the owner and chef at Samson’s Gourmet Hot Dogs from 2013 to 2016, where half of the menu was vegan, and it gained much love by celebrities like Erykah Badu and Andre 3000 of Outkast. And before Samson’s, he had opened a restaurant in 2006, in Expo Park, and also had a successful catering business called Mobile Gourmet that he started in 1997, where he first started serving and adding vegan dishes to the menu.
In late 2018, he was featured on the Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games, Season 20, episode 1 of the “Clash of the Vegetarians” where he competed against 3 other “veggie masters in three veggie-inspired rounds.”
His passion is creating and crafting food made with the highest quality ingredients that happens to be vegan, and by serving vegan food, he believes, the “world is a better place, one vegan dish at a time.”
