Quick & Easy Breakfast Idea 🥑🍳

My to-go breakfast for today! I used my weekly egg frittata (this time I swapped spinach for kale 🌿).

✅ Served it on sourdough bread — great for gut health

✅ Topped it with avocado — full of healthy fats and fiber to keep you satisfied

✅ Added one slice of provolone cheese for a little creamy goodness

Not pictured: my protein coffee ☕️ — made with protein powder, a splash of non-dairy milk, and cold brew.

Back from a beautiful vacation and quality time with my family—my heart (and cup) is full! 🌞💛

Now I’m easing back into my routine with fresh, light meals. My mom gifted me some incredible shrimp, so I whipped up a quick sauté with butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of seafood seasoning. I chopped the shrimp and added it to a bagged chopped salad mix with red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Tossed everything in fresh lemon juice and a zesty lemon vinaigrette (swipe to see the one I used!). 🍤🥗

This salad is super refreshing and perfect for lunch or dinner meal prep. Light, flavorful, and so easy! 💚
